Call-taker/Dispatcher Quality Performance Award

Replay’s Managed QA Program currently evaluates over 1,000 call-takers across agencies that have enlisted our help to perform QA evaluations. In an effort to recognize the outstanding performance of call-takers and dispatchers Replay is beginning the “Call-Taker/Dispatcher Quality Performance Award”. Beginning in quarter four of 2021, Replay will be working with its public safety directors and QA supervisors to nominate one individual per quarter. These individuals will be awarded and recognized for their outstanding performance and dedication.
