Replay Systems offers a range of voice logging support plans to ensure that you receive the greatest value on your investment. From answering general hardware and software questions by phone, to managing complex technical issues with the assistance of an on-site engineer, Replay Systems is here to help you get the most from your voice and data recorder. Replay Systems is the expert in servicing NICE, Dictaphone, Racal, Thalas, A-VOX Solutions, VPI, Zetron, Futurenet, Spectracom and RTAS Solutions.

Time and Material Service
Customer not subscribing to an Assured Performance Plan can receive call recorder service from Replay Systems on a Time and Material basis. All labor, parts and any related expenses will be charged to you. The fees will be specified at the time of the call. Time and Material service calls do not have a guaranteed response time.

Consulting
Due to our unique and varied offering of telephone and radio logging solutions, Replay Systems will meet with you prior to a sale and assess the needs and wants of your company. We will work with you to ensure that you choose the logging solution that will bring you the most satisfaction at the most competitive price. Our Consulting Services are free of charge and include a full survey of your premises as well as an evaluation of your existing voice logging equipment.

Project Management
Replay Systems’ Project Management Team is made up of knowledgeable professionals, whose goal is to ensure the proper implementation of your call, radio and data logging solution.

Once a Purchase Agreement is signed, the Project Management Team takes over. Sales Engineers help design the call recording system through site visits with you. The Installation Team stages the call recording system before final installation at your site. After final system checks and testing, you will receive expert training for your personnel so that use of the call recording system can commence immediately. Overseeing the whole operation is, of course, the Project Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible to ensure that a productive atmosphere is established and maintained. This effective working relationship will allow for a smooth implementation that is guaranteed to meet and exceed your expectations.
