Scott Hurley, President and CEO

Scott Hurley founded Replay Systems, Inc in 1996 with a desire to provide high quality sales and customer support to voice logging and digital dictation customers.


Prior to his extensive career in voice and data capture, Hurley graduated from Jacksonville University in Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Psychology. He then started work at Lanier Corporation where he managed the sale and service of Dictation equipment for Lanier's upstate New York and Western Massachusetts office.


In 1985 Hurley left Lanier for a position at Sony Corporation of America. Hurley was hired at Sony as Systems Market Development Manager for their Healthcare Market. In 1987 Hurley increased sales by 300% and was promoted to National Sales Manager for Digital Dictation Systems. In 1988 Hurley left Sony Corporation to found his own company, Digital Information Systems; the company sold and serviced Digital Dictation voice recorders to the healthcare market. Hurley grew the company to 20+ employees and over four million in annual revenues in the first five years. The company was sold in 1996 and Hurley founded Replay Systems in November of that same year.


Replay sells and supports over 800 customers in the public safety, financial trading, healthcare, and call center market. The company has been top dealer for its major manufacturers10 years in a row and in 2007 installed 100+ new solutions.

Corporate Governance
Rick Imboden, VP of Customer Support

Rick Imboden has been with Replay Systems since inception and has been in the voice logging industry for over 25 years. He spent 17 years at Dictaphone Corp. as a Service Manager and National Service trainer. He has installed, coordinated training and supported thousands of recording systems over his career and has built a strong service team with over 400 + years of experience to support Replay's growing customer base.

Frances Rechtszaid, Director of Operations

Frances Rechtszaid joined Replay Systems in the beginning of 2002 and is responsible for all company operations including; project management, consulting, sales and marketing. Prior to starting at Replay, Rechtszaid spent over 15 years creating and managing reservations centers in the travel industry including; Carnival Airlines, Pan Am and Renaissance Cruise Lines.

Eddie Guererri, Regional Sales Manager

Eddie Guererri joined Replay in September of 2003 and currently oversees the sale of voice logging solutions throughout Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina. Guererri came to Replay following an 11 year career in sales for FedEx where he was a member of the President Club (top 10% in sales) three times in five years. In addition to his sales efforts, Guererri is very active in state APCO and NENA chapters and the E911 board.

Eric Sullivan, Regional Sales Manager

Eric Sullivan joined Replay Systems in early 2005 and is currently responsible for sales in Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia. Sullivan began selling recording solutions in 1993 for a Knoxville, TN based company. After almost nine years, Sullivan joined TCI as a Regional Sales Manager offering E-911 controllers, CAD, and mapping solutions to Public Safety Answering Points in more than fourteen states.
