Scott Hurley - President & CEO

Scott Hurley founded Replay Systems, Inc in 1996 with a desire to provide high quality sales and superior customer support to call recording and digital dictation customers across several industries.
Prior to his extensive career in voice and data capture, Scott Hurley graduated from Jacksonville University in Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Psychology. He began his career working for multinational companies such as Lanier Corporation and Sony Corporation of America. In 1988, Mr. Hurley founded his own company, Digital Information Systems, which sold and serviced Digital Dictation voice recorders to the healthcare industry. Hurley expanded the company to 20+ employees and over four million in annual revenues within the first five years. He ultimately sold the company in 1996 and founded Replay Systems in November of that same year.
He has used his accumulated work experience and expertise to bring companies that need voice logging equipment and continuous support to trust Replay with their continued services for the past 15 years.
Rick Imboden - Vice President of Service
Rick Imboden has been with Replay Systems since its inception, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the voice logging industry. Prior to joining Replay, Rick spent 17 years at Dictaphone Corporation as a Service Manager and National Service trainer. He has installed, coordinated training and supported thousands of recording systems over his career.
Frances Rechtszaid - VP, Business Operations
Frances Rechtszaid joined Replay Systems in early 2002 and is responsible for all company operations including: project management, sales and service consulting, marketing and public relations. Frances has over 15 years of experience in creating and managing reservations centers for the travel industry. She has worked for major companies such as Carnival Airlines, Pan Am and Renaissance Cruise Lines.
Eddie Guererri - Vice President of Sales
Eddie Guererri joined Replay in September of 2003 and currently oversees all sales of call recording solutions nation-wide. Guererri came to Replay following an 11 year career in sales for FedEx where he was a member of the President Club (top 10% in sales) three times in five years. Eddie is active in state APCO and NENA chapters and the E911 board.

Our team's industry experience has proven valuable in finding the "best-fit" solutions for Replay's 1200 customers. The Replay service team has a total of over 400 + years of experience to support Replay's continuously growing customer base.
