In 1996 Replay Systems was founded as a distributor and service provider of recording solutions for healthcare and government markets.  Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Replay quickly grew into one of the largest independent distributors of call recording systems in the nation covering mainly the Southeast U.S.

Replay has set the standard for excellent sales and service for manufacturers like NICE, Racal, VPI, Verint, Cybertech and HigherGround, winning numerous manufacturer awards for sales and service over two decades. Our customer base in the Southeast is second to none and continues to expand through hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction.

In 2015 we noticed a real need for outsourced Quality Assurance services and responded with launching ReplayQA. Replay QA is now growing as its own business and our many customers can benefit from getting all their required agent/call taker evaluations done objectively, professionally, and timely.

Today Replay is a leading reseller of call recording and data analytics provided by NICE, VPI, Verint, HigherGround and CallMiner.
